ONE TIME DROP-IN  TO DANCE AMP'D! This class is a sportier version of dance fitness with 1-2 HIIT intervals per class (research shows this is all that's needed if done well to benefit your body and metabolism)! Spiced up with other styles like cardio kickboxing, core/body strength to woven in. Options offered for all fitness levels whether yours is fresh off the couch or fitness freak!
