This will sign you up for one Drop-In to MUSCLE MIX! Your recording access will be uploaded into the notes section prior to class and/or emailed out.

This class will focus on strength training, varying in styles of training to keep your body adapting! Dumbbells are required, space needed is minimal. Workouts will be full body, duration approximately 40-45 minutes. If you have any injuries, be sure to notify your instructor!

Equipment needed: Assorted dumbbells, yoga mat or old towel for floor work
